Product development process
Our research efforts were aimed at gaining a thorough understanding of our client's requirements, the challenges they faced, and the extent of work that needed to be done. We began by gaining a deeper understanding of our target user persona, which in this case was a seller, and proceeded to develop modules that catered to their specific needs, such as recharge wallet, order management, low balance alerts, and self-service capabilities that eliminate the need for external assistance.
Through a rigorous selection process, we identified and researched suitable payment gateway partners that could accommodate our requirements.
We successfully integrated the Razorpay payment gateway into our platform, providing users with multiple payment options, including debit card, credit card, and net banking, among others. To ensure seamless payment processing, we also developed a middleware wallet management system that efficiently handles payments.
Concurrently, we worked on developing installable plugin API middleware for opencart, woocommerce, and storeinsta, making them readily available on the respective app stores. Additionally, we managed plugins for different versions of opencart, woocommerce, and provided customizable solutions to e-commerce stores.
